We have another one in Bear Creek Subdivision, and this one is even nicer than the last. Bear Creek is known for their beautiful atrium ranch homes. The Subdivision has a private pool, tennis court, and Golf Course. This particular home was custom built in 2001. The Master Bedroom has dual lighting systems. They convert to soft concealed lighting in the ceiling, and brighter task lighting. The lower level has a media room and wet bar. The Subdivision is still very close to shopping and dining, yet far enough from the city to keep the rural atmosphere.
